Once you contact Sydney Restorations requesting assistance with your damages, our team are qualified to ask you the right questions to ensure we can deploy the most qualified and experienced technicians to best deal with your restoration issues.
Our team then confirms the expected time for the arrival of the technicians and instruct you on what to do to help minimise further damage to your assets.

Deployment
Prior to about 15 minutes of arrival you will receive a call from our qualified technicians advising you that they are almost at your destination to begin the restoration process. They might provide you with some specific instructions so they can enter your premises swiftly and start working on repairing damages asap.
Once the technician is on site, they are fully trained to deal with your situation.

Damage Assessment
We will assess the damage and control and limit any further damage to your affected areas. We will then provide you with a cost estimate of the restoration work required with times frames.
Weather it is water damage, fire damage, carpet damage, mould damage, odour control or sewage cleanup, our Sydney Restoration technicians will conduct a full assessment of your issue.

Begin Restoration
Once the issue has been detected and full assessment of damages have been completed we will then deploy the necessary equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers and other structural drying equipment to begin restoration your damaged assets to near new.
The restoration process can take up to a few days and our qualified technicians will give you an estimate at the time of the visit.

Complete Restoration
We will complete the works to your satisfaction and ensure damages items are restored to near new.
We will stay with you during the whole process until you are completely satisfied with our service.

Review & Follow up
Our expert staff will follow up usually with a call or visit two weeks after we have completed the restoration process.
